Network Integration Services was visited by US Senator Jerry Moran at its Olathe headquarters last week, where Senator Moran learned more about the infrastructure services company and its reasons for locating in Kansas.
During the visit, Moran toured one of NIS’ tier-four data centers and met with employees to discuss the industry and the effects of the fiscal issues facing the nation.
“I appreciated the opportunity to learn about the innovative ways NIS is providing needed internet services to businesses,” said Moran.
NIS CEO and co-founder Bob Jewell appreciated the opportunity to discuss the work that NIS is doing and said choosing to build its new headquarters buildings in Olathe two years ago was an easy decision.

“We were attracted to Olathe because of the highly-skilled labor force, low energy costs and highly available internet access,” said Jewell.
Olathe councilman Larry Campbell also attended the event.
Network Integration Services (NIS) offers cloud computing services for clients that demand highly secure, highly available on-demand computing resources in the financial services, healthcare, engineering and government business sectors.
